The Terrace Aquatic Centre has a gym with free weights and cardio equipment, and aquafit classes, in addition to their pool, hot tub, kiddies pool, and two saunas.

Aquafit has all of the benefits of a land aerobic class without the impact. These high intensity classes provide excellent cardio with the added benefit of strength and flexibility training. Suitable for all fitness levels and for non-swimmers.
